How to Participate

If you’re an author, we encourage you to jump right in and participate. The rules are simple.

  1. To be included in our website listing, you must sign up. Click on “click here to enter” at the Linky List link in order to participate. The Link list post will go up the preceding Sunday at 00:01 (ET). It will close on Tuesday at 23:59 (ET).
  2. Only 3 sentences. We can count that high, so please don’t cheat.
  3. Post your sentences Wednesday, not before. That’s from 00:00 (ET) Wednesday. In other words, don’t post for that week before the proper time. You can leave your entry up longer, of course; that’s up to you. We have found that the majority of viewers visit the blogs in the morning hours, so we advise that you put your post up as early on Wednesday as you can. You’ll be more likely to receive visitors and comments.
  4. Post a link back to Horny Hump Day: http://www.hornyhumpday.com . That will help ensure that as many authors as possible enjoy visitors.
  5. Be sexy. Be very, very sexy.

If you decide to participate, we strongly encourage you to hop around to the other participants’ blogs, see what they’re sharing for that week, and leave them an encouraging word. Not only will it make your coffee perk, but it might inspire you to try something you haven’t tried before (double entendre intentional).

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to write: admin (at) hornyhumpday (dot) com. Questions will be answered promptly.

Thank you for your interest in participating!
